Just make sure you don’t get the peppermint flavor. Those ones are gross. WadeszWorld: I definitely want to try this and see if it helps me because I experience occasional bloating every now and then living with Crohn’s. I’m starting to see this a lot from other Crohnies.  Is that a sign??  Thinking I might have to give it a try.
